Dr. Chugh, is one of the first psychiatrists to incorporate NueroStar Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) into his practice. TMS is the first treatment in the history of psychiatry to directly target brain regions related to depression. The TMS device focuses on magnetic pulses that either activate (for depression) or suppress (for anxiety) that normalize brain circuits.

Consequently, TMS is far better than medication in terms of effectiveness, speed of action, safety, side effects and durability of benefits, and the "Good news" is it is covered by most insurances if the patient is meets the coverage criteria.
